HOT BUTTERED RUM BATTER 
1 lb. brown sugar
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. soft butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Cream sugars and butter. Add spices and mix well. Add ice cream 1/4 at a time and continue to beat until smooth. Freeze mix.

To serve, 2 heaping spoons per cup, 1 jigger dark rum, boiling water to fill and stir. Sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy.
