EGG CUSTARD 
3/4 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. canned milk, undiluted
3/4 c. fresh milk
Coconut, if desired
6x12 inch deep Pyrex dish

Melt butter and mix other ingredients in bowl and add butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes its own crust.
