FIVE DAY COCONUT CAKE | |
2 c. sour cream 2 c. sugar 24 oz. frozen coconut 2 layer yellow cake mix Mix sour cream, sugar and coconut and refrigerate overnight. Next day make 2 layer cake, cut layers in half (string works great). With cut sides up, put icing between layers. Do NOT ice sides. Seal in a covered cake dish and refrigerate 4 hours. |
