STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. sour cream
2 sm. containers strawberries (Birds eye)

Dissolve 1 large box strawberry Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Stir in 2 containers strawberries. Do not drain if frozen. Next add 1 can crushed pineapple, drained. Add 2 mashed bananas. Mix all together.

Pour 1/2 mixture into mold of serving dish, place in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Spread 1/2 to 1 cup sour cream on top of Jello mixture, then add rest of Jello mixture. (That has been left sitting on counter) for top layer. Serves 8-10.
