STRAWBERRY HEART SALAD (JELLO) 
2 lg. pkgs. strawberry Jello
4 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve 1 box Jello in 2 cups water. Add 1 package of strawberries instead of cold water as Jello usually instructs. Pour into glass bowl or mold or 9 x 13 inch pan. Let set before topping with sour cream. Repeat above procedure letting Jello begin to thicken, spooning over first layers. Top with sour cream. Refrigerate until firm and slice. Serve. May decorate with additional sour cream or whipped cream and/or whole strawberries.
