SOUR CREAM CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) raspberry gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. cranberry sauce

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Mix cranberry sauce with 1 cup of hot water. Combine the two mixtures. Add celery and apples. Let set until slightly thickened. Pour half of mixture into 8" square dish.

Chill until firm. Spread on sour cream. Add second half of gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaf if desired. Pecans or walnuts may be added if desired.
