COUNTRY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. polish sausage, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 carrots, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced into rings
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine all ingredients and pour into 3 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 375°F for 60 minutes.
