WASSAIL 
2 qt. apple juice
2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 inch) stick cinnamon
1 tsp. whole cloves

Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Strain and discard cinnamon and cloves. Serve hot. Yields 3 quarts.
