SOURDOUGH BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 c. starter

Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. Cut in butter; stir in starter, and mix well. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead very lightly. Roll 1/2 inch thick and cut into small rounds. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees, 10 minutes. WATCH CLOSELY AS THEY BURN QUICKLY!
