COUNTRY GRITS AND SAUSAGE 
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. uncooked grits
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 lbs. bulk mild sausage (crumbled)

Cook grits until done. Add cheese and mix together and add eggs and milk. Cook sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in 12 x 8 x 2 inch greased pan for 50 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
