CRAB LINGUINI 
6 oz. pkg. frozen imitation crab, sliced
1 sm. can crabmeat
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 onion, diced
1 c. white wine, divided
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. dry linguini
1 tbsp. olive oil

Allow frozen "crab" to defrost. Cook linguini until tender. While linguini cooked, heat oil in nonstick skillet. Add onions and mushrooms. Cook until onions are clear. Add 1/4 cup of wine and cook until wine evaporates. Add rest of wine and can of crabmeat. Stir until mixed.

Add frozen "crab" and cook until liquid is reduced to a few tablespoons. Add drained linguini and cheese. Toss until well coated. Serves 4-6 people.
