ROBERTO'S ITALIAN ROASTED POTATOES | |
Olive oil 2 (16 oz.) cans sm. potatoes 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. rosemary 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. celery salt Coat a shallow baking pan with olive oil. Rinse potatoes, place in the pan. Sprinkle spices over the potatoes. Mix with hands until potatoes are covered with olive oil and spices. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes until golden. Serves 4 to 5. |
