CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cornstarch
6 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch well. Add milk, butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla and mix well. Pour in pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
