BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. onion, chopped
4 c. chicken broth
1 (6 oz.) cheese whiz
1 c. beer
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Croutons

Melt butter, add onions, add flour, mix well and heat 5 minutes. Add broth and stir until smooth. Add cheese whiz and stir until smooth. Add beer and sauce. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve with croutons on top.
