BELGIAN WAFFLES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast, rapid rising
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. melted butter
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Add water, melted butter, egg yolks and vanilla; beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter and set aside 15 minutes to rise. Bake in well greased waffle maker.
