BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1/2 bag frozen broccoli
1/2 bag frozen cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 c. mayo
Approx. 1/2 lb. cheese
1/2 onion, chopped

Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions. Chop these and mix in all other ingredients. Place in casserole dish, top with crumbled Ritz crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
