STRAWBERRY BARVARIAN PARFAITS 
1 pkg. (4 oz.) strawberry Jello gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. strawberries in syrup
1 3/4 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in water. Add frozen berries. Stir until slightly thickens. Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Chill. Then garnish top with rest of Cool Whip.
