HOLIDAY JELLO 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon jello
24 red cherries, sliced
6 tiny sweet Gherkin pickles, thinly sliced
6 whole cloves
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice, strained

Boil 2 cups water with cloves (remove cloves) and add to jello. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water and 1/2 cup pickle juice.

Place drained sliced cherries and pickles in a round 2-quart jello mold. Pour in lemon jello and chill. Decorate with mint leaves for wreath effect.
