VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE 
3-4 Vidalia onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
2/3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix

Stew onions in 1 cup water until tender; mix in cream of chicken soup. Pour in casserole, cover with cheese then stuffing mix. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
