2 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. & 2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat together eggs, oil, butter, sugars and vanilla. Add flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar. Roll into balls. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Do Not Double.
