6 lg. potatoes, diced
1 Polish sausage, diced
1 tsp. salt
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. canned milk (add 1 tbsp. vinegar)
4 heaping tbsp. flour
2 qt. water
1 lg. onion, diced
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 carrots, grated

Cook sausage, potatoes, carrots, onion and celery in water for 20-30 minutes. Mix sour milk, flour, salt and pepper in bowl until smooth. Gradually add a little at a time to soup. Simmer 20 minutes.
