FANCY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can French-cut green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix all vegetables, soup, cheese and sour cream. Pour into casserole dish. Top with the following: 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed) 1/2 c. sliced almonds

Mix together and cover casserole. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Very good!
