DORITO CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 (11 oz.) bag nacho Doritos
1 can Ro-Tel
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can chicken broth

Boil chicken breasts until done and tear into bite size pieces. Lightly grease 13 x 9 pan. Crush Doritos and place 1/2 of the bag in the bottom of dish. Place chicken over Doritos.

In heavy saucepan over low heat, mix Ro-Tel, broth and soups. Cut cheese into cubes and slowly melt in mixture until smooth. Slowly pour over chicken and top with remaining Doritos.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes, until bubbly.
