GREEN BEAN AND ARTICHOKE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lg. can French style green beans
2 med. cans artichoke hearts
Parmesan cheese
Italian bread crumbs
Olive oil
Chopped garlic
Butter
Lemon juice

Place layer of green beans in casserole dish. Top with sprinkle of bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, olive oil and artichokes. Repeat, ending with artichokes. Squeeze lemon juice and top with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until bubbly.
