CRISP ONION - ROASTED POTATOES 
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. thyme leaves
1 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into quarters

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In shallow baking dish or roasting pan thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat. Bake, stirring occasionally 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with parsley. Serves 8.
