RAISIN BREAD 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. lukewarm milk
8 c. flour
2 c. raisins

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Heat milk, add to sugar, butter, and salt. Stir in yeast. Mix in flour. If too soft, add more flour. Mix in raisins. Knead. Let rise about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Shape into 2 loaves. Let rise again.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until done.
