RUSSIAN TEA 
2 c. sugar
6 qt. water
4 sticks cinnamon
4 c. strong tea
1 (16 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/3 c. lemon juice
1 (48 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 lg. bottle ginger ale (optional)

Boil sugar, water and cinnamon sticks together for 5 minutes. Cool. Add all remaining ingredients except ginger ale. Ginger ale can be added just before serving. This tea is delicious hot or cold. Serve 50.
