ROYAL INDIAN SALMON 
4 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick (about 6 oz. each)
1/4 c. low-sodium chicken or vegetable bouillon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
Dash of salt and fresh ground black pepper

1. Place the steaks in a shallow pan. Pour the bouillon and the lemon juice over the steaks. Add the seasonings. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, turning the steaks occasionally.

2. To cook, place the steaks on a foil-covered broiling pan. Broil 5-8 minutes, baste, turn broil 5-8 minutes.

This recipe is one of our all-time favorites, delicately flavored and very easy to prepare.
