SALMON CHOWDER 
7 3/4 oz. can salmon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. diced potato
1 c. diced carrot
2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 c. diced zucchini
13 oz. can evaporated milk
8 3/4 oz. cream style corn
Chopped parsley to taste

Drain, flake, reserve liquid of salmon. Saute onion, celery, green pepper, garlic, butter until translucent. Simmer potato, carrots, chicken broth, salt, pepper, dill seed with above ingredients for 20 minutes. Add zucchini and simmer 5 more minutes. Add salmon, milk, corn, parsley last and heat thoroughly. Makes 4 servings.
