SESAME - DILL SALMON 
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. dried dillweed
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 salmon steaks (min 1" thick)

Broil 550 degrees in greased pan. In small skillet cook and stir seed and dill in butter at medium heat until brown approximately 4 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Broil fish and baste with sesame seed and dill. Cook 5-6 inches from heat 6-7 minutes. Turn and repeat until done. Fish should flake in center when done.
