SALMON CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) can pink salmon 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 c. plain corn flakes 1 sm. onion 1 stalk fresh celery (or celery seeds) 2 sticks butter, melted Pour salmon, sour cream, and corn flakes in a large bowl. Mix well. Pour in melted butter and other desired seasoning. Then pour all the mixture in a loaf pan (greased) and let cook until brown and fluffy. Serve hot. |
