TAHITIAN CHICKEN 
8 boneless chicken breasts
1 cube butter or mayonnaise
2 cans orange-pineapple concentrate
1 tsp. powdered ginger
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 avocados, sprinkled with lime
Cooked rice (white)
Macadamia nuts

Brown chicken in butter. Mix fruit juice, ginger and soy sauce. Pour sauce over chicken and simmer on low heat about 10 minutes. Serve chicken and sauce on rice on individual plates. Place avocado slices and nuts around the plates.
