TAHITIAN SUPPER 
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
Pineapple syrup
1 can Spam or Armour Star Treet cubed into bite size
1 can chunk pineapple
1 onion
1 green pepper

Serve over rice.

Blend cornstarch into water, in saucepan. Add cornstarch mixture with pineapple syrup, vinegar, brown sugar, stir until clear and thickened.

Add onions, green pepper, chunks of pineapple and Spam. Cook until hot, you can serve it while green pepper is still crispy or cook until they are tender, which ever desired.
