CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
2 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. half and half
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. rice
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cook rice slow in the milk until tender and the milk is absorbed, about 45 minutes. Add 3 well beaten eggs, sugar, half and half and the vanilla. Bring to as quick boil and pour into bowl; cool.
