COUNTRY POTATO SALAD WITH DILL 
5 lbs. sm. potatoes
3 tbsp. vinegar (white)
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. salt to taste
2 med. onions, grated to a liquid form

Boil potatoes. Use new red bliss if possible. Peel or leave on skin. Mix all above ingredients in bowl and stir. Slowly add to sliced or cubed potatoes (when slightly still warm). Mix potatoes and dressing and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
