STRING BEANS WITH SOUR CREAM
SAUCE
 
1 (15 oz.) can string beans or fresh string beans
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. tarragon
3/4 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
6-8 oz. sour cream

Melt butter with tarragon, chives and parsley. Add sour cream and simmer until warm. Cook string beans and drain. Add sauce to string beans and serve. Serves 4.
