TURKEY WILD RICE HOT DISH 
3 c. cubed turkey
1 med. onion
1 c. chopped celery
3 c. cooked long grain and wild rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms
1 can water

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
