QUICK BROWNIES WITH FROSTING 
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine water, cocoa and butter; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking soda. In a small bowl, beat milk and eggs. Take flour mixture and milk mixture and blend. Add cocoa mixture (still warm); beat all ingredients together until lumps are gone. Grease an 11 x 16 1/2-inch cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 15 or 20 minutes.

Frosting:

1 stick butter, melted
4 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. milk
1/2 to 3/4 bag powdered sugar

Beat all ingredients together.
