VEAL PARMIGIANA 
1 lb. veal cutlets, cut thin
2 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
1 c. cooked oil
1 sm. mozzarella cheese

1. Beat the eggs and add to them parsley, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

2. Dip the cutlet into egg mixture.

3. Then dip cutlet in bread crumbs.

Heat the oil in frying pan. Brown cutlet on both sides. Then put cutlet in baking dish with tomato gravy and place a slice of cheese on each cutlet and bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Best served with macaroni and a tossed salad.
