8 oz. grated cheese
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 medium onion, minced
2 tbsp. dried chives or 3 tbsp. fresh, chopped fine
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. nuts, well chopped

Mix together all ingredients (except the nuts) and form a ball. Roll in the nuts until evenly coated. Chill until serving time.
