2 lbs. stew meat or leftover roast
1 lb. carrots, cut up
6 med. potatoes, cut up
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in large pot. Stir well. Let simmer 8 hours or more. Stir occasionally. Add more water if needed. Serves 6.
