CRYSTAL SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 #2 can crushed pineapple, well drained (save juice)
1 c. miniature or 19 large marshmallows (cut up)
3 diced bananas

Dissolve Jello in hot water; add cold water and set until clobbery. add pineapple, marshmallows, and bananas. Let harden (can be done night before).

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. pineapple juice (if necessary add water to make 1 c.)
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Put on morning of day you serve. Fold whipping cream in and put on top of salad. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
