ROUND STEAK SUPERB 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper
1 can mushrooms
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese

Cut steak into 6 pieces. Brown in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms, Worcestershire and water. Cover tightly and cook slowly 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Remove meat to heated platter. Add sour cream and blue cheese to cooking liquid and blend well. Cook just until heated through.
