SALMON BALL 
1 - 14 oz. can salmon, drained, deboned and skinned
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. chopped nuts or 3 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Chill until firm. Roll in ball. Roll in nuts or chopped parsley. Serve with crackers.
