SMOKY SALMON CHEESE BALL | |
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, remove skin and bones 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 1/4 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. dried parsley 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 to 2 tsp. liquid smoke (to taste) 3/4 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. chopped pecans Combine all ingredients except pecans. Roll into a ball. Roll ball in chopped pecans. Chill overnight. |
