HERB BREAD 
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. instant onion
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Stir yeast into the warm water. Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm. Add all other ingredients. Knead on floured board. Place in greased bowl until double. Punch down and place in a greased round casserole. Let it raise until double, then bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

When baked, wipe top with butter and sprinkle with onion salt.
