CORN CHOWDER 
4-6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. diced carrots
3/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk (skim or non-fat dry milk mixed)
Turkey-sausage
1 can creamed corn

Melt butter in large pan; add carrots and celery. Cook until vegetables are soft. Add flour and stir in. Add milk all at once. Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened. Add both cans corn. Salt and pepper to taste. Add sliced sausage. Simmer for about 1/2 hour or 2-4 hours in crock pot.
