SHORT RIB BARBECUE | |
3 - 4 lb. beef short ribs 1 pkg. onion soup mix 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. fat 1/4 c. vinegar 1 c. catsup 1 tsp. prepared mustard Brown ribs in hot fat in Dutch oven. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until tender, turning occasionally. Yields 6 servings. |
