TANGY CHEESE SPREAD | |
3/4 - 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese 1 med. green bell pepper, discard seeds 4-5 oz. pimento stuffed green olives, drained Cut cheese and pepper into pieces. Put all ingredients through grinder (regular cutter). Mix well with a fork. Form into ball, wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with crackers of your choice. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving. Serves 12-15. |
