HASH BROWN QUICHE 
1 (1 1/2 - 2 lbs.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss
1 c. ham or bacon
1 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Press thawed hash browns in a 9 x 13 pan. Brush with melted butter, bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Fill with layers of cheese and ham or bacon. Beat eggs milk, salt. Pour over cheese and ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 8.
